Garage door repair in the Town of Paradise Valley, from panel and track fixes to opener upgrades, by a family-owned company since 1989.
The Town of Paradise Valley sits between Phoenix and Scottsdale, with Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain inside its borders. Open Sesame Garage Doors repairs garage doors for homeowners across the town, from a single noisy roller to a door that has come off its track. Our family-owned company has served the Phoenix Metro Valley since 1989 and works on all types and brands of residential garage doors.
On many homes the garage door is one of the largest things you see from the street, so a dent or a crooked door stands out. We repair and replace damaged panels so the door looks right again, and we straighten and re-hang doors that have slipped off their tracks. Behind the scenes we replace worn springs and frayed cables, which are what let the door move safely.
A door that shakes, squeals or grinds is often telling you that rollers are worn, hinges are loose, or the track needs adjusting. Left alone, that extra friction wears out the opener sooner. Our technicians replace rollers, tighten hardware and lubricate moving parts, and if the opener itself is the problem we can repair it or install a new LiftMaster or Chamberlain model. If a door has damage across several sections, or you want a different look altogether, replacement may make more sense than repair. We install steel and aluminum doors built for the Arizona climate and new residential doors from brands like Amarr, with thousands of styles to choose from. Our page on garage door replacement in Paradise Valley walks through the options.
