Serving the Phoenix Metro Valley
Licensed garage door repair in Fountain Hills for springs, openers, cables and panels, from a family-owned Valley company. ROC 289555.
Fountain Hills, the town east of Scottsdale best known for the tall fountain in Fountain Park, is one of the 31 Valley cities Open Sesame Garage Doors serves. If your garage door is stuck, noisy, crooked or ignoring the remote, our licensed technicians can track down the cause and repair it. We have been a family-owned garage door company since 1989, and we work on all types and brands of residential garage doors.
Garage doors usually give some warning before they fail completely. A loud bang from the garage when nobody was using it is often a torsion spring breaking. A door that rises a few inches and stops, or reverses the moment it touches the floor, points to a spring, sensor or opener setting. Frayed cables, a door that hangs crooked, a grinding sound along the track, and cracked or dented sections are all worth a call before they get worse.
If you notice any of these, stop using the door and call us. Running a door that is out of balance puts strain on the opener and on every part of the track.

Most doors are worth repairing. A new spring, a set of rollers or a replacement panel can give a door years of extra use. Replacement starts to make sense when a door has several damaged sections, when parts for an older model are hard to find, or when you want better insulation against the Arizona heat. We will give you a clear estimate for the repair, and if you ask, a quote for a garage door replacement in Fountain Hills, so you can choose with the numbers in front of you.
A lot of the breakdowns we see could have been caught at a routine check. Our maintenance plan costs $179 a year, or $14.95 a month, and includes two visits with a 35-point inspection each time, no service call fee and 10% off repairs. One plan covers two doors and two openers.
